India is a country which has all the varieties of different culture. Be it old time charms to new and modern variety. Every Indian state has its own variety to offer. Some street food which are cheap on the pocket and heaven on the tongue are definitely make you run for a bite.

• Gol Gappe

Puchka or paani puri, as they are often known as, are something which is relished by all, young and old. The sooji pakoras filled with chickpeas and potatoes dipped in tamarind chutney and coriander water. One may get choosy and fussy over little things, but these spicy delights are hard to resist.

• Chole Bhature

One of the best mouth-watering Punjabi cuisine. A combination of chana with masala and served with fried bread “bhatura” is a delightful treat. Poke the bhatura to deflate the awesome dish.

• Vada Pav

The famous vada pav is from Mumbai, our Indian burger. From an elite businessman to a student, every single person is in love with this snack. It’s one typical Marathi cuisine. Spicy treats at their best.

A dish made in blended vegetables with pieces of butter floating on it to give it a mesmerising taste served with a bread known as pao. Squeeze a lemon on top and taste the magic. It is a grab it and eat it meal.

• Aloo Tikki

A delicacy from Lucknow, the city of ‘nawabs’. It is prepared from frying potatoes and served with different sauces with curd. This dish says it all.
