Frustrated, tired!

We all go through ups and downs and moments where we don’t know what to do. We frown, we cry, we shout but nothing helps. Even half an hour of such bad mood feels like eternity. But every cloud has a silver lining and dealing with such frustrated mood is also easy.

I’ll tell you some of the ways I follow to vent out my frustration and feel better.

  • Listen to some good music.

Music helps you relax. It drifts your mind from all the negativities to some relaxed environment. It engages you to some light thought which will eventually clear your head.

  • Put on some makeup

Being a girl, I follow this and I believe this one is the best way to feel better. Wash your face and calm yourself. Take out all the brushes and then start with it. The attention you need to apply that mascara will take your mind off from that dull mood. And trust me, after getting ready, you’ll love it. You’ll be more confident about yourself. Don’t forget to wear a nice cologne.

  • Call someone

This is another way to relieve yourself of all the frustration. We have times in our lives wherein we just want someone who can just listen while we rant. So it could be anyone, a friend, a colleague or a family member. It will just make your anger go away.

  • Clean

Another way to vent out your frustration is to clean. It will not only make your house look neat and tidy but will also will make you feel better. It works like magic.

  • Go shopping

Who doesn’t love shopping? Going out to a different environment lightens up the mood. Spending some money on yourself is like treating yourself. So do it and feel good about it. (P.S. It doesn’t mean that you continue to shop till the time you’re short of funds). Be a smart shopper.

  • Sleep over it

Go to bed with a clear mind. It happens that when we are asleep, our mind sub-consciously will find the necessary answers to make us stronger.

  • Stop blaming yourself

It happens that we might be upset because of something which we might not have done correctly. Stop blaming yourself and take responsibility of whatever happened. Blaming will only add to the weight on the head. Avoid it.

I have often received advices of shouting in open grounds or breaking something. Don’t do it. You’ll regret breaking something you like or even a sore throat.
